Official Letter of Acceptance (LOA)

The Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is the official document confirming that an international student has been admitted to Nova High School Canada. IRCC requires a valid LOA for all Study Permit applications for programs longer than six months.

The LOA includes program details, study duration, and enrollment status, and serves as proof that the student has been accepted into a recognized Institution.

Required Documents for LOA Issuance

To receive an LOA, international applicants must submit:

  • Passport Copy – Clear photo and date-of-birth pages
  • Recent Academic Transcript – Most up-to-date school records
  • Proof of Payment – Required initial tuition or advance fees

Once these documents are verified, our admissions team prepares the LOA so students can begin their IRCC Study Permit application.

Important Notes

  • The LOA is essential for the Study Permit process and must be submitted with the student’s IRCC application.
  • Advance fees used to issue the LOA are non-refundable but will be applied toward the total tuition amount.
  • Students needing support with the visa process may request referrals to licensed immigration professionals.

Study Permit Extension Documentation Support:

International students enrolled at Nova High School Canada who need additional time to complete the requirements for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) may require an extension of their Canadian Study Permit. If the validity period of the current permit does not cover the remainder of a student’s full-time academic program, an extension must be submitted to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Our administrative team provides essential documentation to assist students throughout this process and to help ensure they remain compliant with IRCC regulations.
