At Nova High School Canada, we follow a clear, step-by-step process to support international students as they prepare for academic studies in Canada and meet immigration requirements.
Process
International Student Enrollment & Study Permit Process
Application & Required Documents
International applicants begin by completing our online registration form and uploading the required documents, including:
- A copy of the passport photo and birth-date pages
- The most recent official school transcript
These documents allow our team to assess academic readiness and plan an appropriate study pathway.
Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
After reviewing the submitted documents and receiving the initial tuition payment, Nova High School Canada issues an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA). This document is essential for your Canadian Study Permit application, and we also provide any additional admission paperwork needed for the visa process.
Study Permit Application
Using the LOA, students apply for a Canadian Study Permit, required for any program longer than six months. Applicants must follow Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) guidelines carefully. If a student is unable to travel to Canada due to visa issues or other circumstances, Nova High School offers flexible online learning options so studies can continue from abroad.
Final Enrollment & Orientation
Once the study permit is approved and all fees are submitted, the student’s registration is finalized. International learners receive personalized guidance to support academic planning and transitioning to life in Canada. Students then gain access to their secure online portal to begin course selection and prepare for classes.
